On-campus Living Requirement

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï requires that some students live on campus. All ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï enrolled students under the age of 23 with fewer than four academic year semesters (fall/spring semesters only) in the residence halls prior to the start of the semester in which they enroll must reside in university-owned housing and participate in the associated mandatory meal plan. See the Housing Application.

If you are not required to live on-campus, you may live off-campus. The Community Engagement Programs Staff within Off-Campus Living can help you find off-campus living.

Health Insurance

All enrolled ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and OPIE students are required to have health insurance.

Waivable Fees

All ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students are automatically charged for two optional fees: the Wellbeing Fee (enhances student health care) and the Student Legal Service Fee (provides legal services). To waive or pass on these fees, you must opt out on your MyOHIO Student Center, usually by the end of the third week of the semester.
