Dynamic Strategy Outcomes and Metrics

Each of the four Dynamic Strategy pillars include a set of outcomes and metrics that will help us measure success over the life of the plan. Some of those metrics are informed by existing data sources and others challenge us to design and implement new methods of measurement that will help us not only with our current three-year plan but also in ensuring success beyond that horizon.

Included below are both existing and emerging data sets in response to the designed metrics. This dashboard will continue to be updated as new metrics are developed.

Learn Pillar Metrics

Goal: Become the nation's first university to achieve the industry's highest standard in both teaching and research.

Goal: Identify, incubate and accelerate emerging and re-emerging areas of research and creative activity to build new knowledge and address humanity's most urgent challenges.

Goal: Build and actively engage an unmatched network of alumni, employers and organizations as partners with the University to prepare all students for careers, drive prosperity in the region, and fulfill workforce needs across the state.

Work Pillar Metrics

Goal: Become a destination employer for those passionate about the mission of public higher education.
