ºÚÁϳԹÏ

Athens Area Mediation Service is offering free mediation training to all ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students, faculty and staff.

Two cohorts of Fundamentals of Mediation training will be offered on Fridays between Sept. 26 and Oct .24, from 9 a.m. until noon. One cohort will meet in-person in 356 Baker University Center while the other will meet via Teams

Mediation is a structured, informal, voluntary process in which a neutral third party facilitates a conversation between people who are experiencing some kind of conflict. The skills developed in this training can be applied in a traditional mediation setting or can help with any situation in which individuals must navigate conflict.

While the training is free to all OHIO students, faculty and staff, there is a charge of $200 for those not affiliated with ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
